Lightbox is a simple, unobtrusive script used to overlay images on the current page. Works in all modern browsers.
This script is now available as a Dreamweaver extension allowing you a point and click method for setting up your own Lightbox galleries within Dreamweaver.
The lightbox effect can be added to images or active text links. The link from either of these elements is to an image of your choice anywhere in your site. You can apply the Lightbox to display a single image and have it display alone or apply it to many images in a group to be viewed together as an Image Set.
An optional Caption field is also provided to allow you to caption each of your images in the Lightbox display. If this field is left empty no caption will be displayed.
